Another more important thing: this equipment passed appraisement of the GUANGDONG Science And Technology Office, and at the same extrusion output, the nominal power is 0.17 KW(kg/h), only half of the international standard 0.32KW(kg/h), the lower consumption. |

| The HUILONG brand single layer T-die and double layers co-extrusion T-die are designed by HUILONG, and OEM in USA and KOREA. Super precision finishing on cavity surface, hard chrome plated with excellent heat stability and a thickness tolerance is less than ± (3~5)%, advanced featheredge device, the minimum edge trimming scrap could reach 2mm; automatic floating T-die (patent technology) could completely resolve the problem of “banding ” and not uniformity on web. |

| ■ MULTI-LAYERS CO-EXTRUSION LAMINATING SYSTEM |
he special extrusion laminating co-extrusion feed block (0.006~0.030mm) which possess independence intelligent property rights, resin ratio discretionarily change within 3 between 2 co-extrusion layers, and every single layer possesses excellent flowing division effect and uniformity, no layers crossing. The two layers of resin can be co-extruded with a temperature deviation of 100oC and the thickness tolerance is less than 5%, with less edge trim.

| ■ QUICK FILTER CHANGER DEVICE |
The temperature and pressure of extruded resin are indicated at the same time and the pressure can be adjusted while operation. Otherwise, the changing can be affected within 3 minutes.
